HOT Keys - Hard Reset All QMobile

1. Power off your cell phone.
2. Next hold and press Volume Up + Volume Down + Power button.
3. Then you will see menu with 2 options.
4. Select first "Recovery mode" by pressing Volume Up key.
5. Now choose from the next menu option "wipe data / factory reset" using Volume Down to scroll, and Menu key to confirm.
6. Afterwards select "Yes -- delete all user data".
7. In the end confirm option "reboot system now" with Menu key.

1. Switch off your device.
2. Reset QMOBILE Bolt A2 Lite
3. Now hold and press Volume Up + Volume Down + Power button.
4. Then select Recovery mode with taping Menu key.
5. Reset QMOBILE Bolt A2 Lite
6. Accept option "wipe data/factory reset" using Volume buttons, and confirm with Menu key.
7. Next select "Yes -- delete all user data".
8. Afterwards choose "reboot system now".
